We played games this week to help us with impulse control, particularly when we are lining up. We take turns being in different orders, but are still working on giving each other space and using kind words and hands during lineups.
Games include "What Time Is It Mr. Wolf?", "Red Light/Green Light" and "Simon Says".
We enjoyed getting new library books this week as well as home reading books.
We have been reading The 7 Habits of Happy Kids and learning about each of the different characters and habits that we have been doing.
Our letter for today in our Emotions Booklet was H for Helping Hands.
We also discussed today about how we can be heroes today in different situations today, such as fighting in line, when someone is sad or crying, etc.
