Friday Forecast
Next week, we will be continuing to estimate while working towards our math goals.
Our literacy groups are working on activating prior knowledge and making connections. Talk to your child about how they connect with the book, what other books it reminds them of and what events in their life or the world they think of while reading and discussing the book.
Today, we discussed ways we can be kind and what bullying is.
We also started working on Remembrance Day art. We will be focusing on preparing for the Remembrance Day assembly on Friday, November 9th at 10:30am.
Next week, we will also have a Constable visit to discuss the S4 school program with our class and a guest speaker from Calgary Transit to teach us about city bus safety, etiquette, etc.
Next Friday is also Community Activity Day!
A reminder to send in indoor shoes even when the weather is nice to keep our hallways and classrooms clean!
